Rachel brings 25 years of professional marketing communications and business management plus a passion for the performing arts to her role. Influenced by her musician-educator parents, she has a strong interest in the performing arts and education. She previously served as SMPAC’s Marketing Director and as a founding SMPAC Council Board Director. Prior to that, she held various corporate marketing communications positions in the Milwaukee area.

Nick supervises what happens on stage and behind the scenes. He’s responsible for stage lighting, sound, set construction, rigging, safety, event rehearsals and theatre rentals. He strives to make sure that all events that happen on our stage look and sound as good as possible, and happen smoothly, stress-free, and safely for everyone involved.

Michelle enjoys engaging with patrons in her customer service role. Michelle has a bachelor’s degree from UW-Stevens Point. With over 30 years of extensive experience in marketing and graphic design, she aids in promoting SMPAC’s diverse programs and is the SMPAC webmaster. Her kids grew up in the theatre and her and her husband are their biggest fans.
