Support
There are a variety of ways in which you can support the South Milwaukee Performing Arts Center (SMPAC). The most fundamental step in supporting the SMPAC is by attending our events. However, it can go far beyond that.
Another way you can support us is by attending our fundraising events and/or donating items for raffles and auctions. An annual Mystery Dinner Theatre is planned for the spring with a Gala Auction planned for the fall. A third event, a Follies/Talent Show is planned to be added in the 2010-2011 season. We appreciate receiving donations from our patrons, whether it be $5 or $5,000. Donations allow us to continue bringing quality arts programming to you. Your support is essential to helping us fulfill our mission and attain our goals. Our sponsorships allow us to continue bringing world-class artists to you at affordable prices. There are many levels at which corporations, businesses and individuals can sponsor an event or entire series, making it affordable for anyone interested.
We are always in need of volunteers to help out at events and in the office. Everything from ushering to selling concessions, to assembling mailings and assisting with fundraisers is essential for our continued growth and success.
Lastly, aside from monetary donations, we are also in need of items for the office and theatre, which we have compiled into our wish list.
