- How to Order Tickets
- Over the Phone ~ The Box Office phone number is 414-766-5049.
- In Person ~ The Box Office is located on the second level of the South Milwaukee High School. Please enter the District Office through Door #7.
- Online ~ Tickets can be purchased online here. Please be aware that there are additional fees when purchasing tickets online. Your tickets will be held at Will Call.
Box Office hours are Monday through Friday, 10 am to 4 pm. During the summer we are open Monday through Thursday, 10 am to 4 pm and Friday, 10 am to 2 pm. On performance nights, the Box Office is open one hour prior to the start of the performance.
We accept cash, check, MasterCard and VISA. For your convenience, we do not charge any additional fees above the listed ticket price when tickets are purchased through the Box Office, either in person or over the phone. If you purchase tickets during the week of the selected performance, your tickets will be held at Will Call.
Group Tickets
If you would like to sit with friends, please submit your ticket orders together. If one person is ordering for many, the Box Office would appreciate having the names and addresses of others in your party. We do offer a group discount of 10% to groups of 10 or more for tickets to performances in our Performing Arts Series. Tickets must be ordered together to receive the discount.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available at the SMPAC Box Office. They can be made out in any price increment. They are only valid on tickets for performances in the South Milwaukee Performing Arts Series.
Refund Policy
All sales for the South Milwaukee Performing Arts Series are final. Refunds will be given only when an event is cancelled and not rescheduled. The SMPAC reserves the right to substitute comparable attractions or to change the dates of programs when compelled to do so by circumstances beyond its control. No refunds will be made in such cases. Performances are subject to change without notice.
Ticket Donations
If you are unable to attend a performance, the donation of your ticket(s) to the SMPAC would be appreciated to enable resale. This is particularly appreciated for sold out events, when waiting patrons could fill vacant seats. Your contribution will be acknowledged for tax deduction purposes.
